Coffee Ordering Application Help - Account Balance

The Account Balance is one of the central components of the Coffee Ordering system. The functionality of the Coffee Ordering application is based on being able to debit money from this balance.

There are two central components that need to be understood in order for the Account Balance to be maintained successfully.

Account Details

You have to enter your account details when you register an account.

These details are then stored and are used to increase the account balance that is available to purchase coffee.

Maintaining Account Balance

As you order coffee, the amount that you originally added to your account will decrease. As the amount gets low you will receive warning messages, and if there is not enough funds available for your order, then you will get a message informing you of this.

To avoid your balance getting too low, you can regularly increase your available balance by using the ‘update account’ feature on the order screen.



To increase your balance, enter the amount that you would like it to increase by, and press the ‘update account’ button.
