Pin Board Application Help - 'Messages' Tab

When you click on the ‘messages’ tab, the following screen will be displayed:
The messages tab is identical to the announcements tab in all but two ways. Firstly, the messages tab has the added functionality of being able to send SMS messages. Secondly, there is an added drop down box, for the recipient of the message to be specified.
