WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

The objective of the Warehouse management tool is to provide instant data entry at any time.  Some of the major components are listed below.

l            Used by staffs in the inventory warehouse

l            Recognise suppliers of each product and update on request.

l            Record quantity of goods received and where they are stored in the warehouse

l            Record quantity of goods dispatched from the warehouse

l            Update central warehouse stock levels

l            Temporarily store transactions to the local database for rapid data management.

For example, when there are 100 bottles of “wine” arrive the warehouse, the warehouse manager can use this tool to update the stock level of “wine”.
