We have divided our project into six phases. Under each phase, we will list our goals and deliverables.

Project Initiation and Planning

Goals:          Identifying aims of the project, user requirements and available resources.

                    Looking briefly at the current system and workflow of pass projects.

Deliverable: Completion of Project Brief, Project Schedule and preparation for presentation.

System Analysis

Goals:          Further studies on current system and work flows of the company.

Deliverable: A list of business rules, project requirements, and Project Specification.

 

System Design

Goals:          Designing Logical and physical structures of the application.

                    Developing a prototype that will reflect the final application.

Deliverable: Diagrams for three designing phases.

                    ERD Diagram for Database Design.

                    Use Case and Class Diagrams for Application Design.

                    Navigation Diagram for Web interface Design.

                    Prototype of the application.

Goals:          Developing the final application that will fulfil user requirements.

                    Application testing and debugging.
