Current System
The current system comprises a variety of media from the use of proprietary software to paper-based. However, there is no standardized way to capture, retrieve or extract information in order to communicate between Augen and its clients effectively. Each staff has his/her own methods for tracking and collecting required information, such as using MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook or pen & paper. Information is not stored centrally and there is no one place to access information related to a project.
