Comparative Bioinformatics: BIOINF 702 Semester 1, City Campus


This is a challenging and broad-ranging course which sets out to give a foundation in many different areas of modern bioinformatics. It will build on your previous knowledge of computer science, biology and the basics of bioinformatics. Adequate background for this course is a B+ in CS 369 or similar.

This course counts towards a Honours or PGDipSci in Computer Science
