I found and read the RFC for the PKC namespace and tried to find more information about the ContentInfo. Turned out it's not so helpful and the data is stored as byte array and there is no method to transform that into MIME format.
I figured out how to detach the signature and the original message.
So, now I am trying to use our own MIME class to construct the multipart but got some problems.
Also I did some research on Encryption. We are going to use public-private key algorithms too and will make an enveloped message or something like that. It looks simpler than Signature. I'll try to get the encryption done this weekend.
