Project Title:
Online Survey Project

Sponsor Company:
digitalStream ltd

Project Overview:
The company requires an online survey tool that gathers information into a database and can use this information
via an administration section to email people and sort results, information could be exported to a CSV for example.
The tool would allow the clients to create there own questionnaire and survey with the various tools available such as text
box, check box, radio buttons etc.
The toole will also create a database to collate the results for them.

Project Goal:
To develope the tool using ASP.NET, C# and MSSQL.
It should be code-tested and also do user-acceptance testing.
