About the Project

The aim of this project is to create an on-line customer survey solution that will create and distribute customer surveys and analyse the data collected from the surveys. The Customer Survey Engine will be designed and implemented to handle the shortcomings of the current paper-based system as well as adding brand new functionalities.

About the Project Team

Jayant Apte
Jayant is a BTech IT student and is our team leader / manager so to speak. His job is to co-ordinate the project related activities that take place.

Mark Ng (me)
I'm currently a BTech IT student as well and will take a heavier role in the project once the development stage rolls around.

Leo Yang
Leo is a commerce student majoring in Operations Management and Information Systems. He looks to apply the skills he has learnt and assumes the role as the business analyst of the team
