On-Line Customer Survey Engine

The aim of this project is to create an on-line Customer Survey Engine that will create and distribute customer surveys and analyse the data collected from the surveys. The Customer Survey Engine will be designed and implemented to handle the shortcomings of the current system as well as adding new functionalities.

The scope for this project is to design and implement a customer survey solution that will allow users to create and customise customer surveys. The solution will be able to handle the distribution and collection of surveys, as well as being able to generate reports based on collected survey data.

The project will be accomplished using a phase-development approach. The proposed system will be broken down into six modules, each classified as a phase that can be independently developed and integrated at a later stage. Prototypes will be used intensively throughout the System Development Life Cycle as a communication tool to help the development team and system stakeholders to reach a common understanding.
