The Objectives of the proposed system is to:
- Provide a stable and reliable system
- Be visually acceptable
- User Friendly
- Reduce the amount of Time required to do Evaluations
- Allow statistical Analysis
- Allow for quality checks
Proposed systems
In the proposed solution we have identified three different subsystems:
PDA Subsystem
Subject Matter Expert's Subsystem
Master in Command's Subsystem
PDA Subsystem
This subsystem will be the actual system that is run on the PDA. It
will contain the schedule of the day, a full list of the evaluation
forms, a start/stop watch application and functions for the forms to
be sent to the database.

Subject Matter Expert's Subsystem
This is a system that could be on a laptop or desktop. It will allow
the SMEs to synchronise the evaluations completed from the PDA with
the desktop/laptop, the primary function of this subsystem is to
allow the SMEs to make changes/update the evaluation forms.

Master in Command's Subsystem
This is the master subsystem, this subsystem is designed for the
master in command to have the full control of the evaluation forms.
It has the functions to create new forms and the schedule for the day.
It will also allow the commander to query the database for statistical
analysis and check on previous evaluations.
