One of my favourite hobbies is to travel around the world. Up to now I have visisted 20 countries (Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Italy, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, U.S.A., Brunei, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hongkong, Japan, South Korea) and with so many beautiful places still to see it's hard to decide where to go next ;-) Here are a few impressions from some of my more recent trips. ENJOY! :D

Mt. Huangshan (China)

Mt. Huangshan is a UNESCO World Heritage site and its stunning, rugged beauty has been the inspiration for many Chinese landscape paintings.

Annapurna Sanctuary

Annapurna Sanctuary (Nepal)

Annapurna Sanctuary is part of the Annapurna Conservation Area in the north west of Nepal. It includes more than 8000m high mountains and some of the most fantastic scenery, villages and local tribes in Nepal.

Berlin

Berlin (Germany)

Shortly after the unification of West and East Germany, Berlin became again the capital of Germany. The city and the beautiful neighbouring historic villages with their lovely surroundings are a "must see".

Osaka

Osaka (Japan)

Osaka is the third-largest city in Japan and a major industrial center and port. While the city does only have a few historical sights, it is starting point to explore the surrounding area (Nara and Kyoto), it offers good shopping and entertainment and it is famous for its food (Okonomiaki).
