Biography:
I am a Research Scientist at Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research. My background is in Operations Research and Complex Networks and I have an Erdős number of 3.
My PhD thesis was in the intersection of Network Science and Mathematical Modelling. This research involved developing efficient methods and graph optimisation algorithms for the structural analysis of large-scale networks​. In particular, I focused on the fundamental mathematics and computations to analyse networks of entities with positive and negative interactions (a 6-minute presentation).
