The only thing you need is the DensiTree.v3.1.0.jar (or get it from github) file for version 3.1.0.
To run DensiTree, from the command line use java -jar DensiTree.jar
from the directory where you saved the DensiTree jar file.
DensiTree requires Java 8, so you need a Java runtime installed (available from here) if not already installed.
