The Head of Department's Office
The room you enter is like nothing you have seen before. All around the walls
are arcane tomes containing the most powerful spells and conjurations you can
imagine, capable of making mighty IBM mainframes do the every bidding of the
HOD. On the table in front of you like the remains of dozens of evil computers
slain in single combat - core memory, logic boards, relays, disk drive
platters, and other arcana. You are obviously in the presence of a being of
great power.
"Are you looking for someone?" asks the HOD.
"Err...yes. Peter Gutmann. Does he have a home page around here anywhere?"
you reply.
"I think so, but it's pretty weird. Try going down the corridor to the
right".
