Our paper entitled, "A Parallel-Routing Network
for Reliability Inferences of Single-Parity-Check Decoder" by Qing Lu; Zhuoer Shen;

Best Paper
Award of The 2015 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for
Communications (ATC). This is a great achievement given that the ratio for
