Papers must be formatted using the LNCS-style files available from Springer. The source LaTeX files, EPS figures, etc must be e-mailed to Reinhard Klette.

Tutorials will be held on Monday the 19th of February 2000 soon after the workshop. The cost per participant for attending one tutorial is NZ$ 150. One can register for the workshop and the tutorials separately.
