Course Changes

In keeping with the universities restructuring policies, several topics have been removed from the cirriculum of CS105. The following have been removed:

• Data Representation, including
  • Binary, Octal and Hexadecimal representation
  • Bitwise operators (and, or, not)
  • IEEE 754 floating point numbers
• The Java Virtual Machine
• IO with byte (FileInputStream and FileOutputStream)

Multidimensional Arrays have been added from 101
