Rina Gao | rgao005 | 1857858

The Optrode is a device that captures the fluorescence of biological materials using light through a fibre optic probe. The system is currently being used to monitor bacteria and other micro-organisms in a range of biological studies at the University of Auckland.

The aims of this project are:
(i) Explore and implement an optimized code solution using Universal Library Extension (ULx) functions.
(ii) Identify and implement a more intuitive user interface with a comprehensive user guide to reduce user queries.
