Integration with SQL database
We have kind of given up on the exception. Now we put the focus on the integration with SQL database.
In June, the prototype we developed used Pervasive database but the database was out of date. Now it's time to migrate and integrate AS2 with the new SQL database.
The integration went well except some minor problems, which were solved reasonably fast.
Now the AS2 sender runs on SQL database and the receiver still uses Pervasive to store received message. This is because I have Sender and Receiver both on my machine. For the real AS, it should be on 2 machines. But anyway, because of that I need 2 seperated databases: one for Sender and the other one for Receiver.
It's interesting to translate the format of the data so that SQL and Pervasive talk to each other :)
