The Project

Welcome to my Project Home Site! My project is provided by Uniservices for project asTTle. The asTTle is an educational software developed for the Ministry of Education by the University of Auckland. The title of my project is 'Mobile Platform Administration & Data Collection, and its aim is to provide asTTle users the option to electronically administer assessments and subsequent automatic capture of student responses to each item. This project is an individual project taken for BTech 450 course at University of Auckland.

20/10/05: Final Presentation and Report
~Sept/05: Mobile Application Finished with Bluetooth and Web Services. Mock-up Web Application. ~31/07/05: Good Progress on Web Application and Mobile Applications, Synchronisation options   During June: Short break for exams

10/05/05: Web Application Specification published
05/05/05: Proposal System Architecture Framework
02/04/05: Project Web Site uploaded

 

Current Progress

System Deployment done, needs few minor adjustments
Conduits dismissed due to technical problems and the time constraint. Opted for Bluetooth and WS
Synchronisation options - current candidates are conduits and bluetooth
Mobile Application Implementation - developing with J2ME Wireless Toolkit
Web Application Specification - mock-up system development
Proposal System Architecture defined
Reviewing Project Functional Requirements
