The project is now at its closing. We have completed the project and the sponsor is happy with the final results. We have also attended the final formal dinner to find our results of the course. We are happy to be 7th equal. Thats me signing off...

6 October 2004

We have worked hard this last week to complete the testing and debugging. Also to complete the Technical documentation which also due. The documentation and the system is now complete and has been submitted to the sponsor for evaluation.

2 October 2004

The final Presentation went well. We are now preparing for the final handover presentation this means that all of the documentation and the system will be complete 2 days before the handover presentation.

Presentation of the system to the sponsor, and began testing and technical document writing.

Review meeting with sponsor, and beginning code tiding and user documentation.

Beginning integration process of separate modules for submission to the sponsor for review.

Our development is nearing completion, and we are expected to start testing and user documentation in the next week or so.

4th August 2004

We have just had a monthly meeting with Gerard, our supervisor to discuss about the progress of the project. Also the reporting and KPI input is progressing well. We expect to complete most of the coding by the end of the week.

26th July 2004

The structure of the website is nearing its completion, just waiting for confirmation with our sponsors. We are now attempting the KPI part of the website.

19th July 2004

We are still working on the user website with good progress, we expect to complete the fundamental structure of the website this week.

It appeared that Commerce Server is not what we expected, therefore we have abandon the software's complexity, and moved onto more basic ASP. NET website development. We realized we are falling behind on schedule due to the exams and so we have put the administration on hold as we concentrate on more important areas such as user web site.

5th July 2004

We are making slow but steady progress on the administration website. We found out there are more changes required to the admin site then we first thought, and that is taking up a lot of our time. Which has slow our progress on the main website.

27th June 2004

We have just finished the exams, during that time there was not much progress in terms of the project activities, and we also lack going to the office during this time. However we intend to make up lost time during the holidays to meet the schedule deadlines.

31st May 2004

Ok, We finally got Commerce Server 2002 up and running after spending hours and hours working on it. We also manage to run an example solution site in Commerce Server. We are learning more about Commerce Server and planning on how we tackle Commerce Server in the development phase. Also we wrote up our monthly report due end of this month.

24th May 2004

Nothing much happening this week, this week is all about installing and setting up Microsoft products. Apparently we are not having any luck with these software's!

Ok. The specification document is submitted and our presentation presented... phew!!
It has been one hell of a week, just glad its all over for now.

Our design and specification is completed. Now preparing for our specification presentation, wish us luck!!

We have completed the requirements analysis and are now working through the design phase.

We are making good progress on our requirement analysis.

Also I like to welcome a new member 'Christine' into our Pacsoft Team. Our team member's now consist of myself (Paul), Christine and John. Before we had Simon, but due to family emergencies he was unable to continue with the course. All the very best to him and his family.

My apologies for the lack of updates. This is due to the fact i am clumsy and i keep forgetting to email myself this website so i can upload it at Uni.
