Sunday 3.00pm – 4.30pm Meeting with supervisor. Receive feedback on our reports. Discuss 2nd week's objectives, Allocation of roles.
4.30pm – 5.30pm Group meeting. Discuss prior meeting.
8.00pm – 10.00pm Research University Hostels from web and make summary chart in excel. Contact Michael Cochrane residential assistant of Grafton Hall hostel.
Monday 2.00pm – 3.00pm Group meeting. Discuss research plans and setup meetings with hostels. Note: Unable to attend hostel meeting tomorrow due to work.

Wednesday 4.30pm – 5.30pm Contacted Michael Cochrane (Grafton Hall) regarding specific information on each part of the week 2 brief.
Thursday 5.30pm – 7.30pm Attended launch of a new product from Avaya / Agile on their new IP solutions product.
Friday 12.00pm – 1.00pm Group meeting.
1.30pm – 2.00pm Contacted Michael Cochrane regarding model numbers and suppliers of specific equipment used in Grafton Hall.
4.00pm – 5.00pm Meeting with Yong Bao (Net Account Administrator) to talk about the Net Account System used at University of Auckland.
11.00pm – 1.00am Summarize all information obtained regarding Grafton Hall Hostel
