LOGIN

In order to login into FarmBank's Internet Banking services, make sure you have:
  1. An account with us.
  2. And have registered through our website.

If you have satisfied the above two key requirements, you may use the customer number assigned to you and your selected password during registration, to login. However if you are not sure of your cutsomer number contact us on +64 09 8345644.

Once logged in, you should be able to :

  1. View your account summary.
  2. View your transactions
  3. View your bills.
  4. Transfer funds
  5. Change your password.
  6. Logout

Click "LOGIN" and proceed by entering your customer number and password.



REGISTRATION

Registration as the name implies is a procedure that each customer must follow inorder to carry out Internet Banking. The customer must have an at least one account with FarmBank ltd. During registration the customer is required to:

  1. Remember their Customer number.
  2. Choose a password carefully.
  3. Keep the password to yourself.

Click "REGISTER" and fill the form and submit the form by clicking "submit"



CUSTOMER SERVICE

FarmBank provides a customer service query form, so that their customers can receive 24 hours, servicing. To use the service:
  1. Click "Customer Services"
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Enter an appropriate subject header.
  4. Also provide your customer number.
  5. Describe your problem clearly.

Click "Send" at the bottom to send your query to us.
