Files used for An
Ontology Based Approach to Enhance Querying Capabilities of General Practice
Medicine for Better Management of Hypertension paper in AI in Medicine
(2009)
Here you can find the Protégé-OWL [1] files we have used in our AI in Medicine paper
(Pubmed).
Software Requirements
1. This project was developed using Protégé-OWL build 130. I’m not sure if you can download it from the Stanford site anymore, so I have uploaded the 130 installer. I have tried opening this project with build 500 onwards; however, I have encountered various issues, like Protégé complaining about a corrupted .owl file when you try to save it.
2. You need a copy of the Jess Rules Engine [2] to run the SWRL rules in the project [3]. If you are based in a university, you can apply for a free academic license. Refer to [4] for details on the Protégé-OWL implementation of SWRL rules and SQWRL queries.
3. Java runtime, at least v1.5
