In this project the value of web 2.0 and hypermedia will be explored in creating and sharing clinical information in E-discharge context. Web 2.0 technology specifically wiki will be used to implement Electronic Discharge Summary System (EDS) system to support communication and collaboration needs of clinicians in the process of creating discharge summaries. While hypermedia will be used to provide semantic linking of EDS content to improve information retrieval process.
