Photogrammetry LaboratoryTamaki Campus, The University of AucklandThe Photogrammetry Laboratory studies both theoretical (development of new matching algorithms) and practical (development of techniques for fast acquisition of high resolution images which lead to accurate 3D environment maps) aspects of photogrammetry. We have co-located equipment for a variety of techniques (structured lighting, binocular and photometric stereo, range finding, etc) to enable us to carry out objective comparisons of these techniques and to develop new techniques - in particular hybrid techniques which leverage the strengths of individual techniques.
