This level of experience means that you have used everything described for group two plus: use of image maps (client/server), meta tags, knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, etc, basic java Applets and Javascript.

This level of experience means that you have use everything described for group three plus: use of complex meta-tags, special characters (e.g.,  ), cgi scripts, java Applets, Javascript, DHTML and XML.
