Postgraduate and Graduate Diploma in Computer Science

The Department of Computer Science offers two diploma programmes: the Graduate Diploma in Science in Computer Science (GradDipSci) and the Postgraduate Diploma in Science in Computer Science (PGDipSci).

The Graduate Diploma is a one-year programme that is suitable for students with an existing degree in a subject other than Computer Science. It will provide them with the equivalent of an undergraduate major in Computer Science.

The Postgraduate Diploma is the postgraduate degree of choice for applicants with a good Bachelor degree in Computer Science. Many students choose the Postgraduate Diploma as the first year of a Master in Computer Science.
