Biography

Robert Strandh has been a teacher/researcher at the university of Bordeaux in France for nearly 18 years, where he is now a full professor. While currently working in the domain of image processing and sound synthesis, he has always been interested in software design, and especially the impact that the operating system and programing language used have on this design.
